U.S. Forest Service (USFS)

The Forest Service (USFS) is an agency of the U. S. Department of Agriculture that manages public lands in national forests and grasslands. The Forest Service provides leadership in the protection, management, and use of the Nation's forest, rangeland, and aquatic ecosystems. Their ecosystem approach to management integrates ecological, economic, and social factors to maintain and enhance the quality of the environment to meet current and future needs. Point Blue Conservation Science (PRBO)

Point Blue Conservation Science (formerly Point Reyes Bird Observatory or PRBO) is a non-profit organization founded in 1965 as Point Reyes Bird Observatory. Point Blue is dedicated to conserving birds, other wildlife and ecosystems through innovative scientific research and outreach. They research bird ecology, creates management tools, lead field science training programs, and develop and deliver bird science education programs to advance biodiversity conservation.
