The USGS Indiana Water Science Center provides current real time data on streamflow, ground water, water quality, precipitation, and lakes and reservoirs from sites throughout Indiana. The center has historical data on streamflow, ground water, water quality, and other water-related information. The center also has numerous publications, data sheets, projects, and scientific reports on a range of hydrological topics. The USGS provides current ("real-time") stream stage and streamflow, water-quality, ground-water levels, precipitation, and lake-stage for over 200 sites in Indiana.
The mission of the Eastern Forest Environmental Threat Assessment Center (EFETAC) is an interdisciplinary resource that is actively developing new technology and tools to anticipate and respond to emerging eastern forest threats. EFETAC researchers work with other scientists nationally as well as with a variety of Federal, State, and local government agencies, universities, and non-governmental partners to address forest threats. EFETAC has many projects and collaborations related to climate change which can be accessed on their website.
Chicago Wilderness is a regional alliance that connects people and nature. There are more than 250 organizations involved that work together to restore local nature and improve the quality of life, by protecting the lands and waters of the region. Their four key initiatives are to restore the health of local nature, green infrastructure, combat climate change, and leave no child inside. The alliance is committed to using science and emerging knowledge, as well as a collaborative approach to conservation.
The USDA Regional Climate Hubs offer climate adaptation tools, strategies management options, and technical support to farmers, ranchers and forest land owners. The Hubs direct land managers to USDA agencies that can provide program support to enable them to implement climate-informed management practices. The Midwest Climate Hub works with the states of Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, and Minnesota.

FHWA Midwest Adaptation Peer Exchange Report: Minimizing the Impacts of Climate Change on Transportation Systems in the Midwest

The Midwest Adaptation Peer Exchange Report summarizes the outcomes of two Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) sponsored peer-exchange events that focused on minimizing the impacts of climate change on transportation assets in the Midwest. Participants included Indiana MPOs and Midwestern state DOTs. The purpose of the peer exchanges was to identify and share tools that are available to local, regional, and state transportation managers to encourage them to prepare for and minimize climate impacts on transportation infrastructure.

The Climate Change Tree Atlas helps determine current and future suitable habitat and distribution of 134 tree species in the Eastern United States based on current climate and projected suitable habitat for the year 2100. A Screening Assessment of the Potential Impacts of Climate Change on Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Mitigation in the Great Lakes and New England Regions
This report presents the potential implications of climate change on combined sewer overflow (CSO) mitigation in the Great Lakes and New England Regions. It is not a detailed analysis of individual systems in these regions. The purpose of this assessment was 1) to determine whether the potential implications of climate change on CSOs in these regions warranted further consideration and study, and 2) to evaluate the need for decision support tools and information that would enable combined sewer system (CSS) managers to incorporate the consideration of climate change into their decision making processes.
