Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory Data Portal
The Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory (GFDL) develops and uses mathematical models and computer simulations to improve our understanding and prediction of the behavior of the atmosphere, the oceans, and climate.
The GFDL Data Portal provides model output and documentation from GFDL's CM2.0 and CM2.1 models. These data sets include those associated with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's 4th Assessment Report. The Data Portal allows users to download files, display data file attributes, and graphically display the data. Public Data files available include: DecCen Coupled Climate Experiments; Ocean Data Assimilation Experiments; Ocean Simulation; and the Flexible Modeling System.
