The report was a regional contribution integrated into the Third National Climate Assessment.

Bureau of Reclamation - Colorado River Basin Water Supply and Demand Study

The U. S. Bureau of Reclamation's Colorado River Basin Water Supply and Demand Study (2010 - 2012) was focused on defining current and future imbalances between water supply and demand in the Colorado River Basin and surrounding areas, with plans to develop and analyze adaptation and mitigation strategies in an effort to resolve these imbalances. The Study recognizes that climate change and future climate variability will introduce uncertainty into water supply analysis. Its researchers developed their scenarios to account for this uncertainty.

City of Flagstaff, Arizona Resiliency and Preparedness Study

Conducted by a team of City staff and regional partners (the "Core Team"), the study recommends an overarching policy aimed to increase protection and resilience within municipal operations to hazards - including fire, severe winter storms, drought, floods, and more.

Climate Change in the American Mind: Americans' Global Warming Beliefs and Attitudes in September 2012

This report is based on findings from a nationally representative survey, conducted by the Yale Project on Climate Change Communication and the George Mason University Center for Climate Change Communication (4C). In the Fall of 2012, the national survey was administered to determine Americans’ climate change and energy beliefs, attitudes, policy support, and behavior - instating the latest 'Climate Change in the American Mind Series. ' This series was published in November 2011, and in the Spring of 2012 as well.

Pacific Northwest Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment

The Pacific Northwest Climate Change Vulnerability Assessment, a project undertaken by the University of Washington and other collaborators, provides information on the likely effects of climate change on species and ecosystems in the region. The assessment involves scientists, natural resource managers, and conservation planners, and covers an area that extends beyond the borders of Washington, Oregon, and Idaho both south into the U. S. and north into Canada. The assessment contains four main component projects including a sensitivity database, case studies, habitat suitability modeling, and species population modeling.

California Third Climate Change Assessment: 2012 Vulnerability and Adaptation Study

The '2012 Vulnerability and Adaptation Study' is California's third major assessment on climate change. California produces periodic scientific assessments on the potential impacts of climate change on the state, and reports potential adaptation responses. Required by Executive Order #S-03-05, these assessments influence legislation and inform policy makers. The Third California Climate Change Assessment is a compilation of 37 reports which outline local and statewide vulnerabilities to climate change, for the energy, water, agriculture, public health, coastal, transportation, and ecological resource sectors.

This Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Assessment describes and quantifies impacts of sea-level rise (SLR) on 79 resources in Delaware, including transportation resources. The Assessment discusses projections of SLR for Delaware, defines the method used to determine potential vulnerability to SLR, and provides analysis of each resource category. Among these resources, the Assessment addresses Delaware’s transportation infrastructure, including railroad lines, roads and bridges, and the Port of Wilmington.
