USGS Kansas Water Science Center

The USGS Kansas Water Science Center provides current real-time data on streamflow, water quality, groundwater, precipitation, and lake and reservoir levels from sites throughout Kansas. The center also has historical data on Kansas streamflow, ground water, water quality, and other historical information. The USGS operates the most extensive satellite network of stream-gaging stations in the state, many of which form the backbone of flood-warning systems.

USGS Water Science Centers are located in each state, producing data for the 50 states, U.S. territories, and the District of Columbia.
