Oregon Transportation Research and Education Consortium (OTREC)
OTREC is a national University Transportation Center and a partnership between Portland State University, the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, and the Oregon Institute of Technology. OTREC stimulates and conducts research on surface transportation, educates current and future transportation leaders, and encourages the real-world use of research results. Oregon Climate Service
The Oregon Climate Service (OCS) is located on the Oregon State University campus in Corvallis, Oregon and is the state repository for weather and climate information. The OCS's mission is to collect, manage, and maintain Oregon weather and climate data; to provide weather and climate information to those within and outside the state of Oregon; to educate the people of Oregon on current and emerging climate issues; and to perform independent research related to weather and climate issues.

Oregon Coastal Management Program (OCMP)
Oregon's Coastal Management Program (OCMP) is the combined effort of 32 cities, seven counties, and a host of state agencies to carry out the statewide land use program on the Oregon coast. All Statewide Planning Goals apply to the coast, but the OCMP emphasizes estuarine resources, coastal shorelands, beaches and dunes, and ocean resources. The mission of the OCMP is to work in partnership with coastal local governments, state and federal agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure that Oregon's coastal and ocean resources are managed, conserved, and developed consistent with statewide planning goals.

Oregon Global Warming Commission
The Oregon Global Warming Commission was created by the 2007 Legislature through House Bill 3543. In March 2008, the Governor appointed the 11 voting members of the Commission. The Commission's general charge is to recommend ways to coordinate state and local efforts to reduce Oregon's greenhouse gas emissions consistent with Oregon's goals and to recommend efforts to help the state, local governments, businesses and residents prepare for the effects of global warming. The Commission may recommend statutory and administrative changes, policy measures and other actions to be carried out by state and local governments, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and residents.

Pacific Islands Climate Adaptation Science Center
The Pacific Islands Climate Adaptation Science Center is one of nine regional Climate Adaptation Science Centers (CASCs) under the Department of the Interior (DOI) managed by the U. S. Geological Survey's (USGS) National Climate Adaptation Science Center. The mission of the Centers and National CASC is to "deliver science to help fish, wildlife, water, land, and people adapt to a changing climate. " CASCs provide the tools that managers need to develop and execute management strategies that address the impacts of climate change on natural and cultural resources.

The Pacific Islands Climate Change Cooperative (PICCC) is a self-directed, non-regulatory conservation alliance whose purpose is to assist those who manage native species, island ecosystems and key cultural resources in adapting their management to climate change for the continuing benefit of the people of the Pacific Islands. Their mission is to: "Improve the ability of native island species and ecosystems to accommodate future climate change and related perturbations, and support the long-term protection of key cultural resources by providing useful projections of climate and natural resource change in the Pacific Islands, innovative management options, and a membership that supports coordinated action among institutional and community stakeholders.

Pacific Northwest Climate Impacts Research Consortium (CIRC) - RISA
The Pacific Northwest Climate Impacts Research Consortium (CIRC), formerly the Pacific Northwest Climate Decision Support Consortium (CDSC), provides information and tools to support decision making about landscape and watershed management in the region in a changing climate. It is a member of NOAA's Regional Integrated Sciences and Assessments (RISA) program, which supports climate research for decision-makers and policy planners at a regional level, representing Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
