North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency
The North Carolina Office of Recovery and Resiliency (NCORR) was established under the Department of Public Safety to manage long-term disaster recovery, community resilience, and mitigation efforts following Hurricanes Matthew and Florence. NCORR administers federal and state funds to support housing recovery, infrastructure repair, and resilience planning across impacted communities.
