Ceres

Ceres is a national coalition of investors, environmental groups, and other public interest organizations working with companies to address sustainability challenges such as global climate change. 

Ceres directs the Investor Network on Climate Risk (INCR), a group of nearly 100 leading institutional investors managing close to $10 trillion in assets focused on the business impacts of climate change. Members include BlackRock, Deutsche Asset Management and TIAA-CREF, as well as public pension funds in California, Florida, New York and North Carolina.  Ceres also launched Business for Innovative Climate & Energy Policy (BICEP), a coalition of two dozen leading consumer brand companies, founded by Levi Strauss & Co., Nike, Starbucks and Timberland, advocating for strong climate and clean energy policies in the U.S.
