Transportation and Climate Change Clearinghouse (TCCC)
The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Transportation and Climate Change Clearinghouse (TCCC) aims to serve as a one-stop source of information on transportation and climate change issues. It is intended for use by the transportation community, including all levels of government, private industry, and non-profits, and provides a forum to share information, learn about new research, and understand practices and approaches that are being used to address the linkages between transportation and climate change.
The clearinghouse includes information on greenhouse gas (GHG) inventories, analytic methods and tools, GHG reduction strategies, potential impacts of climate change on transportation infrastructure, and approaches for integrating climate change considerations into transportation decision making.
The TCCC website replaces the U.S. Department of Transportation's Center for Climate Change and Environmental Forecasting website. The U.S. DOT's Research and Innovative Technology Administration maintains the Clearinghouse.
